What flavours do you offer?

Our menu evolves on a regular basis, featuring classics like Salted Caramel, Triple Chocolate, and Biscoff. With our "Build Your Own" box, you can select up to 3 flavours per box. Take a look at all our flavours on offer here.

Are your brownies gluten-free or suitable for other dietary needs?

Yes, we offer a gluten-free option that's rich and indulgent. However, all brownies are baked in the same kitchen, so while we take precautions, we can't guarantee absolute separation.

How are the brownies packaged?

Each brownie is carefully wrapped in greaseproof paper, before being placed in our signature branded box. That box is nestled in protective padding inside a postal box, ensuring your brownies arrive protected, fresh, and looking as good as they taste.

How long do brownies last?

Our brownies remain fresh for up to 10 days at room temperature. For prolonged enjoyment, they can be frozen for up to 3 months.

Do your brownies contain allergens?

Our standard brownies contain gluten, eggs, and dairy, with our Kinder Bueno brownies containing hazelnuts. The gluten-free options contain eggs and dairy. Please refer to our detailed allergen information on each product for more specifics.

Delivery & Orders

I've placed my order. What happens next?

We will freshly bake your brownies, normally within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. Please note that during peak times, such as holidays, this may take an extra day or two. We will always notify you if there are any delays to your order.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. During peak times, such as holidays, delivery may take an extra day or two.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK delivery is charged at £3.99 per order.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date during checkout. Please note that delivery is subject to availability and our baking schedule.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can usually accommodate changes or cancellations if you contact us promptly, however, once an order has been marked as "completed" we can only offer a 50% refund, as this covers the costs of the brownies we will have baked by this point. Reach out as soon as possible and we’ll help.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link to monitor its journey.

What if there's an issue with my order?

We strive for perfection. If there's any issue with your order, please contact us immediately, and we'll resolve it promptly.
