How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK delivery is £3.99 per order. Simple, flat-rate, and tracked, so no surprises at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?

We usually dispatch within 2-3 working days. Once shipped, your brownies typically arrive within another 2-3 working days via tracked delivery.
Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes, we offer a premium delivery service for just £7.99 using DPD.
How are the brownies packaged?

Each box is wrapped in greaseproof paper, then in protective paper, placed in our branded Choco Works box, and finally packed in a paper-straw-lined postal box. It’s secure, fully recylable, and ready for gifting.
Can I send brownies as a gift?

Absolutely! You can ship directly to someone else. Just enter their address at checkout. No pricing is included in the box, and you can add a personal note too.
Will the brownies stay fresh during delivery?

Yes. Our brownies are wrapped airtight and packed snugly to arrive in perfect condition, even after a few days in transit.
Do you ship outside the UK?

Not right now. We currently deliver across the UK mainland only.
What if my order arrives damaged?

We take every precaution to prevent that, but if something’s not right, contact us with a photo and we’ll make it right quickly.
Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes. All our boxes, wrapping, and filler materials are recyclable or biodegradable, even the paper straw filler.
Can I track my order?

Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your brownies every step of the way.
